Thank you for choosing 4VR Sweet Treats. Please review our ordering policies, pricing information, and procedures before placing your order.

💳 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required for all orders scheduled within 6 weeks or less of the event date.
• For orders scheduled more than 6 weeks in advance, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
• The remaining balance is due within 2 weeks of the initial payment unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
• Late or missed payments may result in a $50–$100 late/contract breach fee and may lead to cancellation of services.

📦 Pricing Structure

• Custom treat packages start at $350+.
• Final pricing depends on quantity, customization level, design detail, packaging, display options, delivery, and setup needs.
• Corporate and bulk orders are quoted individually based on volume and branding requirements.
• Rush orders placed within 7 days of the event are subject to an additional rush fee starting at $50+.

📝 Order Procedures

1. Submit an inquiry through the website contact form, social media, or your preferred contact method.
2. Confirm event details, theme, quantity, treats requested, and customization preferences.
3. Review your invoice, quote, and payment schedule.
4. Submit payment to officially secure your event date.
5. Design and production begin once booking is confirmed.

🎨 Customization Policy

• Every order is custom-designed to match your event theme and vision.
• Inspiration photos are welcome, but final products may vary slightly due to creative interpretation, material availability, and print/color variation.
• Once production begins, major design changes may not be possible.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and setup are available for an additional fee.
• Fees are based on distance, timing, and setup complexity.
• Clients must provide a safe, accessible setup area and adequate table space unless otherwise arranged.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a credit toward a future order for any balance already paid beyond the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In unforeseen circumstances, reasonable accommodations may be offered at management discretion.

📅 Order Deadlines

• Standard orders should be placed at least 2–4 weeks in advance.
• Large, detailed, or highly customized orders should be placed 4–6 weeks in advance whenever possible.

⚠️ Allergy Disclaimer

• Products may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
• 4VR Sweet Treats is not a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen.

📸 Marketing & Media

• Completed orders may be photographed for marketing, social media, and portfolio use.
• If you prefer your order not be shared, please notify 4VR Sweet Treats in writing at the time of booking.
